The apartment „Garden View“ (28 square metres) is located on the first floor (1-up) and consists of a small bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and another room with a fully equipped kitchenette (Ceran cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, electric kettle), seating-accommodation for up to 3 people and a sofa-bed. In addition there is a large balcony with garden view. Of course there is heating in the winter, and as a new addition we also provide air condition for the summer.
