The studio-apartment “Garden-room” has a size of 16 square metres and is located on the ground floor, on the garden side of the “City Villa Salzburg”. There is one room which serves as bedroom, dining room and kitchen. It contains a French bed (double bed of 140cm, i.e. almost 5-foot-wide), closet, desk, suitcase rack and flat-screen SAT-TV, wardrobe and mirror.
You can prepare your meals with a fully equipped kitchenette (Ceran cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwaves with oven, filter coffee maker, electric kettle) and enjoy them at a sitting -accommodation for 2 people. Furthermore there is a bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet (and hairdryer). The highlight of the studio is the loggia with seating-accommodation (only in summer) facing the garden with its old fruit trees, shrubbery and flowers, in the background the “Kapuzinerberg”, one of the two “city-mountains”, which offer green relief within the city.
